Relax Mode

I enjoy relaxing by going outside and playing golf. It is a great change of scenery. The kitchen is a high paced environment, playing golf gives me the opportunity to change my pace and concentrate on simply being me.

When I am not out playing golf I visit local biological markets, food is and stays my passion. Looking at what the local products are keeps me inspired and eager to create new menus.

Keeping active and supporting my interests keeps me interested in my profession, this is how I have been able to keep such a high standard of culinary excellence for the past 45 years.

Even though the new generation is young, my passion, abilities and consistancy usually leaves them behind.

Let's meet up sometime, we can play a few rounds and then visite the local market to make a fantastic meal later in the day.
