Rudolf Karaköy Restaurant
Van Nunen was born in The Netherlands in 1956 and his career started in 1975. He is considered one of the master chefs from the Nouvelle Cuisine era. Fiercely experienced with French, Dutch, German, British, Turkish, Indonesian, Thai and Cajun cuisines, Van Nunen presents his masterpieces and his background – having worked in many international hotels and their restaurants. Now he is managing his own Restaurant new opened in Karaköy.

There was never much doubt Savaş Aydemir would become a chef. Born in Bolu province, renowned as a culinary destination and wellspring of Turkish master chefs, the Executive Chef of Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at Sultanahmet has continued a family tradition.
He has an investor company, he was the director of invesment for Garanti Bank for 25 years,. He is a gourmet and he is interested in discovering new tastes. One of his hobbies is painting.

With over 30 years of experience in the culinary, restaurant and hospitality industry, Fabio Brambilla continues to bring his talent and passion to the culinary world. He has had a true love of food and cooking his entire life. Previously, he was the Executive Chef at the Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires. Other prior experiences include; Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosphorus, Executive Chef at the Grand Hyatt Santiago, Executive Chef at the Park Hyatt Milan which was named One of the world’s Best New Restaurants 2005 by Esquire Magazine and has worked in many other international hotel chains all around the world.
