On November 27th 2015, Sirha Istanbul will host the Turkish selection of the Bocuse d’Or. 4 candidates will compete against each other during 5h35 to make high quality realizations: a fish dish and a meat dish.
These candidates will be evaluated on presentation, taste, cooking, respect of the product and originality of their dishes. They are in competition to won their ticket to the Bocuse d’Or Europe which will take place in May 2016 in Budapest.
2 prestigious chefs will preside this selection:
- Joseph VIOLA – President of Honor
- Rudolf VAN NUNEN – President of the Contest
