Book:”Culinary Temptations”

Good enough to eat: Elgin Community College Master Chef Roland Zwerger has been sharing his recipes with students for 17 years. Now he’s sharing them with others in his self-published cookbook, “Culinary Temptations” ($33.50).

The book is a compilation of recipes contributed by Zwerger, who teaches at the culinary institute at the college, as well as renowned chefs who have demonstrated their skills in the school’s Distinguished Visiting Chefs program. Those chefs include John Coletti of Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas; Rudolf van Nunen of the Intercontinental Hotel in Bangkok; and Louis Szathmary of the now-closed Bakery in Chicago.
